Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including fixture installations, outlet replacements, and circuit troubleshooting under supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to understand project layouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Respond to service calls and complete assigned tasks efficiently during weekend hours.
- Document work completed and report any issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we are looking for candidates willing to learn the trade.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
