Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Safely handle tools and materials according to OSHA standards
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical systems

- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to travel within the Indianapolis metro area
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to job sites
