Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential properties.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including wire stripping, conduit bending, and mounting fixtures under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to assist with project planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurement tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
