Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to building codes
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot plumbing systems
- Maintain clean job sites and comply with safety protocols
- Complete paperwork and documentation for service calls
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Washington state plumbing license within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
