Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct basic system inspections and report findings to lead technicians
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Learn plumbing codes, blueprints, and best practices through on-the-job training
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Assist with emergency plumbing calls as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn technical skills and follow instructions
- Basic hand tool experience preferred but not required
