Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Install, maintain, and replace pipes, fixtures, and water heaters according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layout.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate timekeeping and billing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
