Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read, interpret, and utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic pipefitting tasks, including threading, bending, and soldering under direct supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from company vehicles safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning.
