Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic checks on pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Use hand/power tools and specialized plumbing equipment
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skill assessments
- Document work orders and material usage
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to attend evening technical training
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
