Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean job sites
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues
- Complete service reports and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
