Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn pipefitting techniques for residential and commercial properties
- Perform drain cleaning and water heater troubleshooting under supervision
- Use hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow building codes and safety protocols at all job sites
- Provide basic customer service and support during service calls
- Document work completed and maintain organized job records
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
