Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform diagnostic testing for leaks, clogs, and system failures
- Gain proficiency in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all work environments
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Participate in progressive skills training modules
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing apprentice certification
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
