Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Perform basic tasks such as pipe cutting, threading, and assembly under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Learn to diagnose common plumbing issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required (travel to various sites in MA and PA).
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus but not mandatory.
