Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials as directed by project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
