Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with fixture installations, pipe repairs, and drain cleaning
- Perform basic plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Use hand/power tools effectively under supervision
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to pursue plumbing license within 6 months
