Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, drainage, and venting systems.
- Perform basic diagnostics to identify leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools, pipe cutters, and threading machines with precision.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide estimates.
- Learn and adhere to all local and national plumbing codes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
