Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using modern diagnostic tools
- Adhere to building codes and safety protocols on all job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Perform routine maintenance checks and system inspections
- Use hand/power tools and specialized plumbing equipment safely
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts plumbing license (paid training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
