Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations and repairs of pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform diagnostic checks on plumbing issues using specialized tools
- Conduct routine maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and drainage systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
- Complete service reports and document work performed
- Participate in hands-on training sessions to develop technical skills
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to complete 6-month paid apprenticeship program
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
