Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing fixtures, valves, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic plumbing issues, leaks, and clogs under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards.
- Adhere strictly to local building codes and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating material needs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn a trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
