Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation and repair of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Locate and mark positions for pipes, fixtures, and equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under direct supervision.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, cramped spaces.
