Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly use company equipment
- Document work orders and complete required paperwork accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to obtain state plumbing certification within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
