Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment and troubleshooting methods
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project completion
- Maintain clean, safe work environments
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
