Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Support senior plumbers with pipefitting, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic safety checks and adhere to OSHA standards
- Inventory and organize plumbing materials and tools
- Document work progress and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
