Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Perform basic pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on job sites
- Learn plumbing codes and blueprints through mentorship
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool usage
- Participate in emergency plumbing services
- Complete documentation and reporting duties
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Washington State residency preferred
