Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all job sites
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean work environments
- Use hand/power tools and plumbing equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- No prior experience required – training provided
