Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Assist senior plumbers on complex projects
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts plumbing license (company-sponsored)
