Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater and fixture installations per safety standards
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on emergency service calls
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and local building codes
- Participate in 40+ hours/month of paid technical training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus/Pennsylvania
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
- Basic tool proficiency (we provide advanced equipment)
- Pass background check and drug screening
