Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct preliminary inspections and document job site conditions
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete apprenticeship training modules as assigned
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
- Reliable transportation to job sites across metro Atlanta
- Pass background check and drug screening
