Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Maintain clean work areas and inventory of tools/materials
- Document service reports and client communications
- Participate in weekly safety and skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
