Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues under expert supervision
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain cleanliness of work vehicles
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all times
- Complete training modules to develop technical knowledge and practical skills
- Document work progress and maintain inventory of materials
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis metro area
