Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and follow plumbing codes, safety protocols, and blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Prepare job sites, clean work areas, and maintain tools/equipment
- Participate in paid on-the-job training and skills workshops
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of materials
- Respond to emergency calls and perform basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends
- No prior plumbing experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing, climbing, and outdoor work
- Pass background check and drug screening
