Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to specifications
- Install temporary structures and scaffolding for overnight operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Shift flexibility: 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
