Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Prepare job sites and organize tools/materials efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly
- Complete basic pipefitting and drainage work under supervision
- Document service reports and maintain inventory records
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to earn EPA 608 certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
