Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to identify and diagnose common plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, pipe damage)
- Safely operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture replacement, and drain cleaning
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Document service reports and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 12 months
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
