Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites efficiently and ensure all gear is maintained.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand basic plumbing schematics under supervision.
- Perform routine site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring work areas are safe.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and answer basic questions.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; trade school background is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Basic math skills are needed for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
