Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture repair techniques
- Perform basic plumbing system diagnostics under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Complete service reports using digital tools
- Participate in 8 weekly training sessions
- Adhere to OSHA and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work weekends/on-call rotation
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
