Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain residential and commercial plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local Dallas building codes and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior plumbing experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
