Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Perform pipefitting, fixture replacements, and drain clearing under supervision
- Conduct basic plumbing inspections and diagnostic testing
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Document work orders and inventory usage
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotation (paid overtime)
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 12 months
