Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and terminating wires.
- Ensure all work complies with local Oakland building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and in various environments.
- Willingness to obtain a California Electrical Certification or Apprenticeship upon hiring.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Bay Area.
