Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and valves.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using standard testing equipment.
- Adhere to all local and state building codes and safety regulations during every job.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and proposed solutions.
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a willingness to learn and physical stamina is essential.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.
