Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Assist senior plumbers with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and explain solutions clearly
- Maintain clean work sites and organize tools/equipment
- Document work orders and maintain service records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pursue plumbing certification (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
