Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and pipe unclogging services
- Assist senior plumbers with diagnostic testing and system troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Use digital tools for job scheduling and customer communication
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, saws, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain state plumbing license within 12 months
