Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and troubleshooting for common plumbing issues
- Follow safety protocols and building codes meticulously
- Support senior plumbers on commercial and residential projects
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Plumbing apprenticeship or trade school preferred but not required
