Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential/commercial installations
- Perform basic pipefitting and drain cleaning tasks
- Conduct water heater and fixture repairs under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean job sites and inventory management
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 12 months
