Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform diagnostic testing to identify plumbing issues using specialized tools
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards for all installations/repairs
- Assist senior plumbers on complex commercial plumbing projects
- Maintain clean work sites and proper equipment inventory
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for emergency services
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida Plumbing License (company-sponsored)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
