Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete basic maintenance tasks for commercial properties
- Document work orders and report to team leads
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – we provide paid training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-5pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
