Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs and installations under supervision
- Operate diagnostic tools to identify pipe leaks and drainage issues
- Assist with fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per company standards
- Follow safety protocols for trenching, confined spaces, and chemical handling
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide paid training!
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Jose
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts + occasional weekdays)
