Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements under supervision
- Conduct basic plumbing system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete job documentation and service reports accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 6 months
