Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing emergencies
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line inspections
- Collaborate with team on large-scale renovation projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Provide cost estimates and job documentation
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- 3+ years residential/commercial experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergencies
- Background check and drug test required
- Proficient with plumbing diagnostic tools
