Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, clogs, and other issues.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and safe, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses/certifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
