Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Install and maintain structural components, framing, and roofing systems
- Perform finish carpentry, drywall installation, and interior finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain organized job sites and proper material handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification required
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and outdoor work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
